Gary Moore

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

In 1989, after working in the insurance restoration industry for 15 years, Gary Moore decided to follow his passion and start his own environmental remediation company. Business plan in hand, Gary met with several banks to secure a loan to fund his new venture. Unsuccessful yet undeterred, he took out an equity line of credit on his home and American Technologies, Inc. was born. Gary’s reputation for high-quality work and uncompromising commitment to customer service quickly spread and, over the years, the staff of three grew and offices were expanded. Today, as the nation’s largest family-owned and operated restoration and construction company, ATI employs over 1200 people with 20 offices across the country.
