As President and Chief Acquisitions Officer for ATI, Jeff Moore drives the company’s growth and spearheads key initiatives that focus on the future of the organization. His current role involves overseeing mergers and acquisitions and ensuring ATI’s continued expansion. 

In his current role, Jeff leverages his industry expertise to identify growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand ATI’s footprint across the United States. By focusing on acquisitions and fostering a culture of innovation, Jeff propels ATI forward, consistently exceeding industry expectations. With his extensive experience and deep understanding of the industry, Jeff has successfully led ATI’s steady growth through more than 15 acquisitions, positioning the company for continued success. 

Jeff serves as the Vice President for the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) where he expertly navigates the challenges of pricing constraints, evolving customer demands, and the dynamic landscape of estimating platforms and insurance carriers. He is committed to unifying the industry, ensuring representation for all businesses and business models. 

Since 1993, Jeff has worked at ATI and began as a restoration technician. Over the past 3 decades, he worked his way up through the ranks, serving as Executive Vice President from 2012-2019 and then as Co-President since 2019. Jeff also has played a critical role in the Company’s marketing strategy and continues to provide oversight to M&A Marketing. 

Jeff holds several advanced designations with RIA, CR, WLS, and CMP and has his Master Designations with IICRC for Fire & Smoke, Water Restorer, and Textile Cleaner. He serves as the qualifier for numerous state board contractor licenses. 

As an industry thought leader, Jeff’s commentary is regularly featured in trade magazines and podcasts, and he serves on panels to discuss the state of the restoration industry. He won the 2023 EY Pacific Region Entrepreneur of the Year award, recognizing his business and leadership skills.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Southern Methodist University.
