Anaheim, CA – June 6, 2024 – The employees of ATI Restoration are celebrating the company’s 35th year in business providing disaster recovery and remediation services to families and businesses across the U.S. with retro-themed celebrations, the launch of the ATI CARES Tour, and a renewed focus to communicate the company’s core values through its CARES Refresh program.

“Since our inception in 1989, we have been on an incredible journey fueled by innovation, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence,” said Gary Moore, founder and Chairman, ATI Restoration. “This year we commemorate 35 years of achievements, hard work, passion, growth, and resilience.”

After the company’s founding in 1989, Moore’s sons—Jeff Moore, Scott Moore, and Ryan Moore—joined the family business, each starting in warehouse positions and ascending the ranks to become company leaders.

Over the past three and a half decades, ATI has evolved into a national leader in restoration and remediation services with more than 2,600 employees at 70+ locations across the country.

Employee Appreciation Celebrations

In a nod to the company’s 1989 origins, ATI offices across the country held 1980s-themed employee appreciation parties in spring 2024 to mark the milestone and come together to celebrate their combined achievements. Every employee received a commemorative anniversary shirt at the events.

ATI CARES: A Renewed Commitment to Company Values

ATI Restoration has enjoyed considerable growth in the past 35 years, due in part to the passion and commitment of its people and the focus on core company values, which the company calls ATI CARES.

In the past several years, ATI has grown even more with the acquisition of nearly 20 companies that share the company’s expertise in restoration services and commitment to its values.

As part of the 35th anniversary celebration this year, ATI leaders have embarked on a nationwide ATI CARES Tour to share with employees the vision and steps being taken to operate as “One ATI” and to energize people across the company on the ATI CARES value commitments, an acronym which represents the following principles:

1

Communication Is Key

2

Amazing Opportunities

3

Right Thing – Always

4

Enjoy The Journey

5

Strive For Excellence In Everything We Do

CARES Refresh Program to Drive Employee Engagement

In addition to the company’s town-hall style CARES Tour, which encourage open communication across all levels, leadership also unveiled the CARES Refresh this year, a new program to re-introduce and instill the company’s core values across all team members, including new-hires, tenured-staff and employees who were brought as a result of the M&As. Phase one of the refresh include redefining the CARES Ambassador role and conducting interactive sessions with management to reflect on the company’s values and what they mean to individuals.
