Rob Staky

Rob graduated from Texas Christian University, where he was also a member of the men’s basketball team. He started his career in investment banking with Stephens Inc. in Dallas before spending the next decade in private equity and leveraged finance with CIVC Partners, Gerchen Keller Capital, and Madison Capital Funding.

Most recently, Rob led Mergers & Acquisitions efforts for Vail Resorts (NYSE: MTN). This included the company’s first European acquisition (Andermatt in Switzerland).

Rob has 15 years of experience investing in middle market companies, largely in the industrial services sector. He joined the restoration industry because of the exciting growth tailwinds and large number of founder-owned and family businesses.

Rob lives in Colorado with his wife and two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
