Every Day is The Right Day to Prepare for an Emergency

In an emergency, hasty decisions can lead to costly consequences. Choosing the right response depends on preparation.

That is why so many organizations turn to ATI for help before and after major events. Most businesses lack the expertise and equipment to perform technical restoration work safely and effectively, so they bring in a trusted partner. We help businesses understand the risks and offer specialized crews, equipment, and technologies to help them get back to work after a disaster.

The Right Crew

ATI cares, and we show it every day through our dedication to our people and our values-based culture. One of our core values is Striving for Excellence in Everything We Do. To achieve our goal of excellence, we invest heavily in our employees’ development with our best-in-class employee training program and certification requirements.

For us, education begins in-house at ATI University, which provides continuing education and certifications for our employees. For example, all ATI employees complete the OSHA 10-hour safety course, and our supervisors receive further in- depth safety training. We also ensure our employees are equipped with the right licensing and certifications from the most respected organizations in the restoration industry: the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the Restoration Industry Association (RIA), and Indoor Air Quality Professional (IAQA).

The Right Equipment

The benefit of partnering with a national company is access to a full range of recovery and restoration equipment. Our purchase agreements with suppliers ensure that we have a steady supply of essential equipment at pre-negotiated costs, which helps us control costs for our clients and ensures the job can start immediately.

Depending on the job scope, we may use air movers, dehumidifiers, and water extraction equipment, including HEPA vacuums. For leak and moisture detection, we have a fleet of Thermo-hygrometers and thermal imaging cameras that detect water hidden behind walls, ceilings, and floors. We use these tools to create a moisture map and pinpoint where work needs to be done.

The Right Technologies

Our state-of-the-art technology saves clients time and money during the restoration process. For example, by using a geovisualization platform, we evaluate facilities for potential risks and hazards and track weather and disaster trends in your area. This allows us to best prepare your property for potential weather events.

We also use 3-D scanning technology to capture a property’s condition, creating a model of the space. With this technology, we can close claims and repair your facility faster. By using this artificial intelligence, ATI can also provide rapid situational awareness with mapping technology and imagery to assess building infrastructure, allowing us to safely and accurately measure and document structural damage.
