Michelle started working in her family’s small business after college, eventually succeeding her mother as CEO in 2006. Hiring staff and expanding the company’s offering to include global events for multinational corporations, she grew revenue exponentially over the next decade.
When the pandemic sent the industry into a tailspin, Michelle pivoted and landed in restoration. She now spends her days traveling throughout the United States meeting with other family business owners.
Michelle’s entrepreneurial background enables her to talk the same language with prospective sellers, earning her instant credibility. She doesn’t have to put herself in their shoes—she’s been there. Michelle prides herself on connecting like-minded restorers with the ATI Family, creating a win-win for both parties. However far her travels take her, Michelle always returns home to her native Colorado.
