Kurt Fairless

As the Chief Program Management Officer at ATI, Kurt Fairless is responsible for the Company’s centralized estimating and pricing, specializing in harnessing cutting-edge technology to drive greater efficiencies and accuracy. He oversees ATI’s Data Analytics and Estimating groups, as well as the Customer Care Center.  

Since joining the ATI family in 2005, Kurt has delivered scalable efficiencies that have generated growth, efficiency enhancements, and revenue expansion. In his previous role as Vice President of CORE Operations, Kurt demonstrated his unwavering dedication to advancing technology innovation, which significantly contributed to shaping the organization’s strategic direction.

During his tenure as the National Project Director, Kurt was a leading revenue generator. He later played a pivotal role in developing pricing and policies in response to emerging market changes, including COVID and inflation. His talent for pinpointing and implementing process improvements has notably helped shape Large Loss procedures.

Kurt is an active member of the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) Third Party Administrator (TPA) Task Force committee.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Hamilton College.
