Kevin Brennan, a proven leader in the finance industry, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ATI. Kevin brings a wealth of experience to his role, having honed his skills in accounting, finance, operations, strategic planning, business development, customer service, treasury, and technology over the course of his accomplished 30-year career.
Kevin has held leadership positions at several high-profile companies. He served as the CFO of Osmose Utilities Services Inc., where he was instrumental in driving revenue and EBITDA growth. Kevin has proven his expertise in developing strategic direction for a range of functions, from accounting to risk management.
He also served as CFO of Purestar Linen Group from 2018-2020, where he developed key strategies for finance, IT, treasury, and procurement. His leadership led to the successful integration of five acquisitions and the establishment of a shared services hub that led to cost savings.
At ABM Industries Inc, Kevin distinguished himself and proved his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. As VP of Finance and CFO, he restored financial reporting credibility, improved cash generation, and drove labor improvement.
Kevin’s vast experience at Siemens Industry Inc, Siemens AG, and multiple other firms, along with his certification as a public accountant and his BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia, make him a highly valuable asset in his role as CFO of ATI.
