As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Brian is responsible for the planning and execution of ATI’s brand development strategy and marketing initiatives by overseeing the company’s in-house marketing team, regional marketing team and agencies. His proven ability to build and scale brands, coupled with his deep understanding of customer insights, positions ATI for sustained growth and long-term success. With a collaborative approach and a focus on innovation, Brian is dedicated to driving impactful marketing strategies that resonate with customers and propel the company forward.

Brian is a seasoned CMO with a proven track record in brand development, strategic marketing, and business growth. With extensive experience in both technology and environmental sectors, Brian brings a unique blend of creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking to his role as the CMO for ATI.
Prior to joining the restoration industry, Brian co-founded and served as CEO of a pioneering food technology company, CHKN Not Chicken, focused on environmental health and sustainability. Under his leadership, the company garnered acclaim for its innovative products, winning multiple awards, and gaining widespread distribution. His expertise in marketing and brand development played a pivotal role in positioning the company as a market leader.

As Chief Growth Officer of Nuun Hydration, Brian was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that fueled the brand’s expansion and eventual acquisition by Nestle Health Sciences. His keen insights into market dynamics and consumer behavior enabled the company to achieve significant growth and profitability.

In his previous role as CMO for IoT technology firm Samsung SmartThings, Brian led a dynamic marketing team in executing comprehensive brand development strategies, resulting in a 280 percent increase in new customer accounts and successful brand launches across the U.S. and U.K. His responsibilities encompassed global brand development, product marketing, e-commerce, experiential marketing, social media, and partnership initiatives.

With over 25 years of marketing experience scaling both established and up-and-coming brands, Brian is adept at navigating the complexities of modern marketing techniques, and building and supporting successful marketing teams.

Brian holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
