M&A Marketing Manager

Relatively new to the restoration industry, Megan brings an entrepreneurial background and two decades of event marketing experience to her role as M&A Marketing Manager. A strategic thinker and consummate team player, she collaborates with her M&A colleagues to create data-driven marketing strategies that promote ATI brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales efforts.

The creative force behind marketing campaigns targeting a diverse audience of business owners in the multi-billion-dollar restoration industry, Megan ensures every campaign adheres closely with the company’s brand identity. She manages a team of agencies, contractors, and employees to develop and execute a broad range of effective marketing strategies, including social media, webinars, and trade shows.

Prior to joining ATI, Megan was co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Encore Global Event Experiences, where she pushed the boundaries of standard events to create unique and memorable brand experiences to drive long-term customer loyalty. Megan resides in Colorado with her husband of 25 years, and occasionally their two grown children.
