The 1994 Northridge earthquake struck just as Eric Gotham graduated college. He immediately landed his first job with a local restoration company, where he quickly learned the ropes.
A San Diego native, Eric jumped at the chance to join ATI as an estimator when they opened an office in his hometown in 2001. Over two decades, Eric has served in various roles, including project director, trainer, and regional director of ATI’s largest and fastest-growing Southwest Region.
In 2021, ATI President and Chief Acquisitions Officer Jeff Moore tapped Eric to lead ATI’s integration team. He’s responsible for integrating newly acquired companies into the ATI culture, systems, and processes and loves welcoming new team members into the ATI Family. Eric lives in San Diego with his wife and two children.
