Anaheim, CA – June 6, 2024 – ATI Restoration, LLC, one of the largest disaster recovery and remediation service providers in the U.S., has expanded its organizational structure and elevated several leadership positions to support the company’s current and future growth needs.
“We have grown exponentially over the past few years, both organically and through acquisition,” said David Carpenter, Chief Executive Officer, ATI Restoration. “These changes have prompted the need to add a range of new positions, regions, and infrastructure to meet our clients’ needs and to best support our people.”
In 2023, ATI Restoration entered nine new markets, added 30 offices, and welcomed more than 1,000 new employees to the company that provides disaster recovery and remediation services with personalized attention, industry expertise, compassion, and empathy.
To support that growth—and anticipate future needs—the company has expanded from three to five regions organized into two divisions, East and West, and has continued to invest in its National Response Services (NRS) team.
Matt Galyon has been promoted to President of the West Division while Anthony Caronchi has been brought on to serve as the President of the East Division. In addition, Jerry Cielak has been promoted from Executive Vice President to President of ATI Restoration’s NRS team.
To support the regions, Kyle Bias has been promoted to Regional Vice President – West; Tom Povich was brought on to serve as Regional Vice President – Mountain West; Michael Golding has been named Regional Vice President – East; and Travis Bailey serves as Regional Vice President – Carolinas. Bailey joined the ATI family as a result of the company’s acquisition of Carolina Restoration Services in 2023.
Each region is supported by operations, sales, finance, HR, safety, and marketing personnel.
NRS team members become mobilized immediately in the event of a large-scale crisis that requires additional support anywhere in the nation, for example, the coordination of personnel from across the country and emergency response trailers equipped with supplies essential for jump-starting the disaster restoration process.
“We are a different company now than we were three years ago, and we are not slowing down,” said Carpenter. “We are anticipating double digit organic growth this year across the company, and our M&A team continues to explore additional ways to expand strategically.”
To support future growth, ATI is building integrated platforms to drive consistency in service and standardization nationwide for a seamless customer experience. The collaborative “One ATI” environment includes central estimating to further drive efficiencies.
