Mark 1 Restoration is the first to join ATI’s family of brands
Anaheim, CA and Moorestown, NJ – November 24, 2020 – ATI Restoration (“ATI” or “Company”), a national leader in restoration, environmental remediation and reconstruction services, announced today the acquisition of Mark 1 Restoration Service, Inc (“Mark 1”), a regional restoration firm with three branch offices on the east coast. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1989, ATI is the nation’s largest family-owned and operated disaster recovery firm, operating 20 locations from coast to coast. After receiving its first external capital infusion in August of this year from private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners, the Company initiated its accelerated growth plan through strategic acquisitions in new and existing markets.

Mark 1 will continue to operate under its name in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the management team will remain on staff in their current roles.
