These past several weeks have brought devastation across the Southeast with the emergence of Hurricane Helene and Milton. In late September, Hurricane Helene unleashed catastrophic damage across six states including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Just two weeks later, Hurricane Milton caused widespread damage across Florida’s peninsula, brining deadly tornadoes, 100 mph gusts, catastrophic flooding, and storm surge.
The ATI team has been working around the clock to respond to the overwhelming need for disaster recovery. That’s why we’ve strategically combined resources from 18 offices across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, supplemented by volunteers from across ATI’s 70+ offices and our National Response Team with 14 fully-stocked Emergency Response Trailers (ERTs) that have been repositioned and staged in key areas. These resources allow us to provide the fastest and most effective response possible to those affected by the storm.
With hurricane season still upon us, we are continuously monitoring weather patterns to detect looming storms. One of the most powerful tools in our arsenal is our RealRisk Monitor platform. This cutting-edge technology allows us to track weather patterns, assess risks, and prepare for disasters before they hit. By providing real-time data and predictive modeling, RealRisk Monitor enables us to take proactive measures to minimize damage and protect our clients’ assets.
