General Counsel

Norm Escover serves as General Counsel at ATI Restoration, bringing over 30 years of distinguished legal and operational expertise within the construction, energy, and industrial sectors. A seasoned leader, Norm oversees all legal matters for ATI, providing strategic direction to support the company’s growth and ensure compliance in a dynamic industry.

Before joining ATI, Norm held several high-profile executive positions at NAES Corporation, including General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and President and CEO. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s revenue from $480 million to over $900 million while managing complex legal challenges and leading multiple acquisitions.

Norm’s career includes serving as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and COO for Kinetic Systems, Inc., as well as Assistant General Counsel at Dillingham Construction Corporation. Early in his career, he honed his technical expertise as a Project Manager for structural engineering firms.

Norm holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University. He is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, and Washington and is also a licensed Professional Engineer.

With his combination of legal acumen and operational insight, Norm plays a critical role in shaping ATI’s strategic vision and strengthening its leadership in the restoration industry.
