Matt Galyon

Chief Administrative Officer

As Chief Administrative Officer, Matt Galyon oversees several critical business functions that support ATI’s national operations, including Estimating, Operations, Third-Party Administration (TPA), Supply Chain, and Collections & Billing. In this executive role, Matt is responsible for aligning internal processes, driving operational efficiency, and implementing strategies that enhance ATI’s service delivery and client satisfaction across the country.

He previously served as President – West Division, where he led ATI’s operations across a broad geographic region, ensuring readiness and execution in disaster recovery, remediation, and reconstruction. Prior to that, Matt held key leadership roles at ATI, including Regional Manager, Regional Director – Southwest, and Regional Vice President – West. In each role, he demonstrated strategic vision and operational discipline, successfully guiding regional teams to achieve growth and performance excellence.

Before joining ATI, Matt held leadership positions with a large national competitor, where he served as Project Manager, General Manager, and Regional Manager. In those roles, he demonstrated his ability to manage diverse teams and complex operations across multiple regions.

Matt brings a hands-on leadership approach grounded in experience, accountability, and collaboration. Known for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, he empowers teams to streamline workflows, adopt best practices, and exceed client expectations.

His comprehensive background in the restoration industry, coupled with a proven record of results-driven leadership, makes Matt a pivotal force in advancing ATI’s national strategy and operational success.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University.
