- 15 years of experience investing in middle market companies, largely in the industrial services sector
- Started career in investment banking with Stephens Inc. in Dallas
- Spent the next decade in private equity and leveraged finance with CIVC Partners, Gerchen Keller Capital, and Madison Capital Funding
- Most recently, led M&A efforts for Vail Resorts (NYSE: MTN), including the company’s first European acquisition (Andermatt in Switzerland)
- Joined the restoration industry because of the exciting growth tailwinds and large number of founder-owned and family businesses
- Live in Colorado with my wife and two young children
- In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with my family
- Education: Texas Christian University, where I also was a member of the men’s basketball team
