As Chief Operating Officer, Keith Roe is responsible for managing ATI’s business operations nationwide. Keith is an accomplished senior leader with a record of success advancing operational initiatives aligned with the mission, vision, and values of high-growth public, private-equity-backed and not-for-profit organizations. Keith has over 25 years of experience developing high-performing teams that supports a foundation of sustainable growth while driving margin expansion and consistently delivering on financial commitments.
Prior to joining ATI, Keith served as Executive Vice President for Encore Global where he led the North America and the Caribbean operating divisions. Throughout his tenure, Keith was instrumental in developing short- and long-term strategies that created consistency in execution, significantly improving productivity while achieving record setting revenue growth.
Earlier in his career, Keith held Executive Leadership positions within the Aramark Corporation. He had P&L ownership for leading divisional teams that supported the most highly-profiled accounts within the healthcare facility management sector. Under Keith’s leadership, his divisions consistently led the overall organization in market expansion, customer retention, productivity efficiencies and employee satisfaction. Keith also held various positions at GES and The Walt Disney Company.
Keith earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas with a concentration in Marketing. He is also very active in his community as well as serving in industry related associations and events.
