THE CHALLENGE
A leading electronic measurement company on a one-million-square-foot campus experienced a major loss during the Tubbs Fire in Northern California.
THE OUTCOME
ATI’s expertise in the renovation industry, state-of-the-art equipment, and skilled project management resulted in successfully meeting the client’s aggressive deadlines for the highly complex job within budget.

The Situation

A leading electronic measurement company on a one-million-square-foot campus experienced a major loss during the Tubbs Fire in Northern California. Four buildings were severely affected by soot, odor and ash, and one building burned to the ground.

ATI was contracted for fire, soot and smoke remediation, water mitigation, asbestos abatement and contents and structure cleaning for 380,000 square feet of building space. Because it was conducted on such a vast space, the work required an on-site staff of 200-300 for an entire year.

The Solution

The scope of work included creating an electronic inventory system of pack-out/pack-back; dry down of structures using thermal imaging cameras, moisture detection equipment, negative air units, air movers and dehumidifiers; hydroxyls and ozone purification units to neutralize odors and help eliminate mold; and vaporized hydrogen peroxide, ultrasonic machines and extractors to sanitize surfaces, remove contaminants, restore electronics and clean air ducts.

ATI’s expertise in the renovation industry, state-of-the-art equipment and skilled project management resulted in successfully meeting the client’s aggressive deadlines for the highly complex job within budget.
