Nicholas Sekol
Regional Manager
 
Nicholas grew up in the trades working within his family businesses.  He started in restoration in 2001 as a field carpenter while attending school for construction management certification.  Nicholas quickly moved on to field supervisory roles, then project management.  Nicholas is a licensed general contractor in California as well as an ICC licensed building contractor in both Residential and Commercial Construction. Nicholas is an "Xactimate Certified Trainer" and has been a Speaker at the Xactware Conference as well as PLRB conferences. He has worked in multiple market sectors, including but not limited to: Commercial, Educational, Healthcare, Residential, Municipal, and Retail encompassing 40 million dollars in projects and counting. With 15 years in the industry mitigating, restoring and building from the ground up Denver is the perfect location for him to lend his industry knowledge by leading our new office.

Nicholas is a husband and a father of three.  He lives in Parker and is very happy to be a part of the wonderful state of CO.

Michael began working in the restoration industry in the year 2000 for his Dad who owned a construction/contents company.  He assisted with estimating small to mid-loss restoration projects as well as contents jobs.  Michael has been with ATI for 9 years.  Prior to being promoted to Project Manager he started working in the Operations Department managing field crews and setting up logistics for all types of projects in residential and commercial settings including emergency services, contents, asbestos, and mold.  He also worked on ATI's CAT division at Hurricane Irene, Sandy, and the 2015 Polar Vortex in the Eastern US. On the CAT team Michael managed/estimated large projects that included demo and remediation of schools, churches, hotels, and restaurants.  Michael is IICRC certified for WRT, ASD, AMRT, UFT, OCT, FST, Sewage Remediation, and is a Journey fire and smoke restorer.  He also holds an Asbestos Contractor & Supervisor cert, HAZWOPER, as well as Lead RRP.

Mark started in the restoration industry in 1999 in Denver as a field carpenter's helper after attending Miami University in Ohio for business administration.  Mark has filled many different positions in his over 17 years in the industry such as emergency services, catastrophe operations, large loss operations, administrative and management operations, project coordination, project management, and estimating in the commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, government, retail, and educational sectors.  Mark holds several industry certifications.

Mark is a husband and father of two and lives in Centennial, Colorado.

Mark comes to ATI with over 20 years of restoration and reconstruction experience. He has 10 years of service in the Denver and greater Colorado area assisting with residential and commercial clients with fire, water, and wind losses.

Brandi Peppers
Regional Account Executive

Brandi started in the construction industry in 1999.  She has held various positions such as Accountant, Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Regional Account Executive. In 2009 she added an insurance focus to her efforts and has worked with multiple carriers, attorneys, and contractors across the United States.
